Dear Friends of Poway Ice Arena,
We would like to welcome you to The Rinks. We are excited to partner with you, and we look forward to meeting each of you during the coming days and months!
We know that for many of you this facility is more than just a center of activity, it’s a home away from home, a place where friendships have been made and strengthened and memories built. We want to reassure you that The Rinks embraces that approach. During the transition process there will be some changes and adjustments as we transfer operations to The Rinks’ systems. We appreciate your patience and welcome your feedback. Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
In preparation for the switch of the computer systems we ask that each of you take a moment to create your new online customer account for The Rinks. Please visit our secure connection at:
https://the-rinks.maxgalaxy.net/CreateAccount.aspx to create your new account. Once the system transfer is completed, previous customer accounts for Poway Ice Arena will no longer be valid.
For those of you who have purchased memberships or packages through Poway Ice Arena, we will do our best to honor the remaining sessions for your specific package/membership according to the information that we have from the old system. If you are a member of the current Skating Academy or Hockey program, your add-on packages for public sessions, stick-time, clinics, etc. will most likely change but we will keep you informed on those changes as soon as we can.
Effective October 1, 2017, we will no longer sell any new memberships and packages as they are structured now. On November 1st, 2017 we will begin to roll-out our new Learn to Skate series, Youth In House Hockey and many other programs.
